What Have We Done?

CDP is registered with The Guam Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors (PEALS) and with The Federal Central Contractors Registration (CCR) . CDP has since grown steadily in both staffing and professional expertise, and continually expanding upon our functional and technical expertise.

It has worked on a number of huge, multi-million projects, to include Hotels and Resorts, SPAs and Wellness Centers, Sports Clubs, Restaurants and Lounges, Multi and Single Family Housing, High-Rise Condominiums, Parking Structures, Medical Clinics, Public Schools, Courthouses, Airport Facilities, Office Complexes and Warehousing, Hotel Casinos, Government Facilities, Water and Sewer Lines, Elevated Water Tanks, Roads and Bridges, Tower Antennas, Generator Foundations, Parks, and College and University Master Plans.

We put our clients at the center of the flame-we walk in their shoes, we dream what they dream, and we make our clients' challenges our very own solutions. We are able to ignite rationale of ideas and experiences, a program of needs and goals, and a carefully constructed collage of forms and structures that is at once dynamic, aspiring and meaningful.
