Construction Management

STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Properly planning a project for the life span of its use is of increasing importance in today's shifting business landscape. Being attuned to current market conditions and driving economic forces allows us to effectively provide clients with a basis for project timing in order to optimize their individual goals. We strive to provide as much information in the planning stages to ensure project success for many years to come.

PROJECT MONITORING

We believe the success of a project is based on how well it is managed. Thus, taking into account all specific objectives and constraints at the forefront becomes a necessity. Likewise, applying Project Completion Assessments on a pre-determined periodic basis ensures timely completion of project milestones. The result is a project completed on time, without compromising the quality or integrity of the client's limited resources.

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND COST ANALYSIS

A thorough analysis of direct and indirect construction costs is performed prior to construction to determine the financial feasibility of a project. During the course of construction, attention to detail of these associated costs often results in cost savings which are ultimately passed along to our clients.

CHANGE & VARIATION MANAGEMENT

Subsequent changes to a project can carry financial consequences to the bottom line of any project. Conversely, changes can also provide cost savings. At Coeval Design Partners, we believe it is our duty to identify future consequences in time to minimize their effect, while implementing cost saving measures in areas that can be improved. If a change orders presents itself, we analyze the feasibility, direct and indirect costs, and effect of such changes, provide recommendations and recourse.

PROGRESS REPORTING

Construction Managers are required to keep close communication with the Project Management and Chief Architect, providing weekly status updates and monthly written reports for the client to keep track of progress. Keeping the client informed along the way minimizes the likelihood of unforeseen circumstances to follow. The type of schedule and subsequent updates required are based on the size and complexity of the project.

POST-PROJECT AUDITING AND REPORTS

A successful project close-out requires that all CM reports, financial reports, materials, O&M manuals, and warranties are thoroughly organized for the end-user to smoothly transition into the use and maintenance of the facility and/or structure. We provide extended accessibility to our clients following project completion for any remaining concerns that may arise down the road.
